The main goal of our work was to create an intuitive and modern order management system (OMS) to mainly track inventory and manage orders for dental milling company. Our client wanted to unify the usual long-lasting processes, from excel sheets with different managing systems, to one complex system with all required features. The objective was to design and build a convenient system for all users - employees and customers as well, with the best possible  optimalization of their workflow. On this project I closely coopearted with main developer P. Kryl.

The proposal made by Czech National Radio station led to the production of a visual accompaniment for the radio documentary about the band Zrní. By extending an audio document with added value in the form of digital media, a microsite was created by combining photomontage with doodles and micro animations. I pinpointed funny moments and dialogues, which I then rewrote and illustrated over.

In the first stage, we created several user flow diagrams, until we found the one to fit a click through 'ordering wizard' idea. We went through number of wireframe variants to keep consistency across all user interfaces.

The most important thing was to create UI for customers, to simplify their ordering process. We created simple dashboard with distinguishing different stages of orders.

Later in process we added feature to let customers approve different designs.

For employees we created table systems, order categorisation and it's visual distinction. An order goes through several steps, and each step goes to different employee. Each one of them need to be assigned by main employee, do their work and send the order to next step. We tried to make sure veryone has clear overview which tasks to do and which are due.

Main features for Admin and Employees are more advanced messaging options and overall management of inventory and pricing.

Pricing is synchronised with customer's ordering wizard and responds to any price change made. This was the most challenging part, to synchronise  ordering wizard with automated pricing system.
